Things I recommend if you are using a browser on a PC when you are connecting for online Banking.
- Never save your passwords and for better security access card number. You can use a password manager that can save the card number for you.
- I recommend using Brave browser and in New Private Window. That way there is no trace left after you close the browser or any history.
- See if your Bank has 2FA. Recommend an Authenticator app if can.
- The most secure way to do online banking which I do 95% of the time is using my phone Bank app. Can login quickly and is more secure then PC.
Microsoft Edge is in the news again and this time its a big security risk that MS does not think it is. Saved passwords are stored in memory in plain text!. See this article
I really suggest you switch to Brave Browser and use a password manager
